I Told Atiku To Stay Away From Wike, And He Listened.-APC Chieftain Addresses PDP Crisis

Eze Chukwuemeka Eze, an All Progressives Congress (APC) chieftain, has advised the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) presidential candidate, Atiku Abubakar, to abandon any further plans for reconciliation with Rivers State Governor Nyesom Wike and his G-5 supporters.

The APC stalwart insisted in a statement made available to newsmen in Port Harcourt that having expended so much energy and resources to bring the disgruntled elements up to speed without success, it would only be fair for the party to accept the situation and move on to other things.

According to him, the issue between Atiku and Wike is the Rivers Governor’s refusal to study the Waziri and his political style.

As a student of Atiku’s political style, the party chief hinted that he also advised Atiku to keep Wike at arm’s length, which the former VP did, and the subsequent face-off between the two has further opened Atiku’s eyes.

“In fact, if Wike can abuse, insult, and do everything he can to humiliate Amaechi, his destiny helper and biggest benefactor, who appointed him as his chief of staff and recommended him for appointment as a minister of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, who else in this country will be spared by Wike’s unbridled loquaciousness and backstabbing?” he said.

Eze insisted that citizens should thank Atiku for saving the country from international humiliation.

Eze urged Atiku to ignore Wike and press on with his campaign, noting that the G-5 has lost relevance in the grand scheme of things.

“Whoever Wike feels like supporting for the 2023 Presidential election is insignificant, as such a candidate should forget about the elections because Wike has proven himself to be a very bad marketer and will only bestow gross misfortunes on such a contestant,” he added.
